She is a consultant, not a primary care doctor.

We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Payment is charged at the time of your visit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a $100 late cancellation fee. Our service fees can be found on the booking link. -
We use a combination of conventional and advanced functional labs, depending on your needs. These may include comprehensive blood work, hormone and thyroid testing, gut microbiome analysis, nutrient panels, and inflammation markers. Some tests can be completed at home using specialty kits.

I can order labs at Quest, Labcorp and Sutter that are often covered if medically necessary. Specialty labs are sometimes covered but often not.

Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual visits for your convenience. Many of our patients work with us entirely through telemedicine.

Parking is provided in an attached lot next to the building at 2905 Telegraph Avenue. Dr. Shore’s clinic is located in the East Bay Nephrology building.
