I believe

Food is medicine.

The body follows the mind.

Aging can be reversed.

Hello, I’m Lori Shore MD, also known as Lori Mouratoff, MD.

With over 25 years of calling the East Bay home, I am deeply committed to the health and vitality of our community. As a staff member at both Summit and Alta Bates hospitals, I’ve spent my career helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys with clarity and confidence.

My goal is to empower you to create your best health, both physically and mentally. I believe that you should decide for yourself what you want to do and be; once you set your mind to it, the positive possibilities truly are endless.

I’m here to help you turn those possibilities into your reality.
